Comfortable padded table. Bolster available. You stay fully clothed throughout.

Intake conversation

A few minutes at the start to discuss what you're dealing with, what you're hoping for. Intake and medical waiver form to fill out.

Quiet space

A private, calm treatment room. Nice, relaxing music. Phone off. Genuinely quiet.

Talk Water & recovery

Five minutes to come back before you leave. Don't rush. A brief talk regarding how you felt during and after the session. Water post session. Drive safely.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Less than 24 hours

A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked session price may apply.

Missed appointments or no-shows

The full session fee may apply.

I will always consider genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
