In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Stephen Harmon ABN 76 063 453 697, its successors and assignees and ‘you’ means the person, organisation or entity that purchases products or related services from us at www.steveharmon.com.au (site). The terms apply to:

• All sales made by us to consumers
• All bookings made with us for a personal session, whether Face to Face, Skype/Zoom, conference or event, email, phone, or the like, through our website

Orders

Once your booking is requested and a confirmation booking is sent to you, the client/customer, you have entered into a binding agreement for that service.

Payments, Prices & Fees Charged

You agree to pay the amount specified, for the service specified on this site on the day your service is provided.

If your payment is unable to be processed successfully, or fraudulently and/or by unlawful means, we have the right to cancel your booking.

Prices may change without notice. It is recommended that you regularly check our website.

Cancellations / Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

If we need to either cancel or change your appointment time/date we will contact you using the information provided at the time of booking to make an alternative arrangement at no extra charge. You will only be charged for the services booked.

It is a requirement that if you have to cancel or change your appointment time for any personal reason, you must notify us at info@steveharmon.com.au before the specified date noted below, and all reasonable endeavours to accommodate any request for changes to your booking will be made.

If you, the customer, cancel within 24 hours of the booked date/time we have the right to retain/charge 100% of the service fee.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange.

If you, the customer, are late for a scheduled appointment, you may access the remaining time of the appointment. For late arrivals greater than 20 minutes your appointment is immediately cancelled and fees will not be refunded or exchanged.

Your scheduled appointment will not be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned to a third party, friend, relative or persons requested by you, the customer.

Location & Timing

You agree to attend your booking location, time and date that has been requested by you when making your booking. Incorrect scheduled bookings will be treated as a missed appointment in accordance with our Cancellation policy.

Your location confirmation will be forwarded to you once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling

To cancel an appointment, simply send us your request via our contact details located on the bottom of our page, on our website before the required time to retain your full deposit.

• Weekday appointments require 24 hours notice, otherwise charges will apply.
• Weekend and Public Holiday appointments require 48 hours notice, otherwise charges will apply.

We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment if your request to change has been received prior to the times mentioned above.

Client Acknowledges

You warrant that:

• The information you provide to us is true and correct.
• You will co-operate with us and provide us the information when requested to enable us to perform the session.
• There are no legal restrictions preventing you from agreeing to these terms.
• You consent to the use of your personal details.

You acknowledge & agree:

• When you participate or engage in a session it may affect your emotional state.
• The session is subject to your interpretation and is not to be treated as professional medical, psychological, legal and/or financial advice.
• The accuracy, completeness and/or applicability of a session is not guaranteed.
• You will co-operate throughout and not perform any acts or omissions which may interfere with the session.
• You will not record, film or otherwise capture the session unless authorised by us.
• You agree & acknowledge that your session may be recorded by us and we may, in our sole discretion, provide you with a complimentary copy of the recording. The recorded session is strictly for personal use and must not be published or redistributed by you.
• For legal reasons we advise that all services are offered for therapeutic and wellness purposes. Outcomes may vary between individuals.

Any information shared during a session is for guidance purposes only.
